CANCELLATION CLAUSE: Your registration as an Exhibitor has been confirmed upon receipt of the required registration form and payment. Payment must be received by April 5, 2024. If you need to cancel, email Roy Harker at rharker@nextwavegroup.net . Your registration fee will be refunded in full if cancellation notification is received before April 1, 2024. Cancellation requests made between April 1 and April 7 will incur a $150 processing fee. NO REFUNDS IF CANCELLED AFTER APRIL 7, 2024. NO-SHOW POLICY: PAYMENT IS EXPECTED – NO EXCEPTIONS.
