PaPS and their representatives do not endorse any specific exhibitors, nor ad claims or copy, and in the case of errors and omissions, cannot be held liable beyond the cost of the exhibit. Payment In Full In Advance Only

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, October 08, 2025 at 12:01 AM

Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATION CLAUSE: Your registration as an Exhibitor is confirmed upon receipt of the required registration form and payment. Payment is required to secure your exhibit booth and must be received prior to October 8, 2025. If you need to cancel, email the PaPS Chapter office at papsych@papsych.org. Your registration fee will be refunded in full if cancellation notification is received before October 7, 2025. Cancellation requests made between October 1-7, 2025, will incur a $150 processing fee. NO REFUNDS IF CANCELLED AFTER OCTOBER 7, 2025. NO-SHOW POLICY: PAYMENT IS EXPECTED – NO EXCEPTIONS.
