Richard F. Limoges, MD, DLFAPA

Kenneth J. Weiss, MD, DLFAPA
Dr. Weiss is the Robert L. Sadoff Clinical Professor of Forensic Psychiatry and Associate Director of the Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship program at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. He has authored numerous publications and lectured extensively on general and forensic psychiatry. A recipient of the Irma Bland Teaching Award of the American Psychiatric Association in 2009, he received the Best Teacher in a Forensic Fellowship in 2011 and the Golden Apple Award from the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law in 2015. Dr. Weiss, an APA Distinguished Life Fellow, maintains a private practice of forensic psychiatry in Bala Cynwyd.

Tahir Maqsood, MD, MS, FAPA
Dr. Maqsood is Chairman of Psychiatry at Mercy Philadelphia and Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital and adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Drexel University College of Medicine. He is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology and has served as an examiner as well. He is a Fellow of American Psychiatric Association.
Camille I. Paglia, MD, JD, FAPA
Dr. Paglia is Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at Temple University School of Medicine. She also is the Medical Director of the Crisis Response Center at Temple University Hospital. Dr. Paglia is board certified in psychiatry and neurology. She is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
Pietro Miazzo, MD
Ilia Nikhinson, MD
Dr. Nikhinson is the Medical Director of the Extended Acute Unit at the Girard Medical Center and Chairman of the Department of Behavioral Medicine at the North Philadelphia Health System. He also supervises medical students and psychiatry residents at Drexel University College of Medicine and the Philadelphia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Richard M. Sobel, MD, MS, DFAPA
Dr. Sobel focuses on adult psychiatry and pain medicine in his private practice. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and member of the medical staff at Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Sobel is immediate Past President of the Greater Philadelphia Pain Society. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
Holly J. Valerio, MD
Dr. Valerio completed her residency in 2011 at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a one year Public Psychiatry fellowship. She has worked at Horizon House in several roles of including Assertive Community Treatment team psychiatrist, outpatient psychiatrist and RTFA psychiatrist. Dr. Valerio is the clinical supervisor of Penn’s PGY3 residents in the Community Psychiatry clinic at Horizon House and also works at Penn in the Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety as an outpatient psychiatrist.
Michael Ascher, MD
Dr. Michael Ascher is a board certified psychiatrist who serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania and is in private practice. His academic interests include addictions, Adult ADHD, family-inclusive treatment, and psychotherapy.
